ESP Migration Yields More & Better Tools Case Study: I Love Jewelry

Challenge:

I Love Jewlery was growing at a slow and steady rate of 15% revenue year over year. SellUP saw significant opportunity for ILJ, but their ESP was hindering their ability to grow.

Solution:

SellUP transitioned I Love Jewlery to another ESP in July 2016 and began implementing the various tools offered such as entry modal, welcome cascade, cart abandon and exit modal. SellUP also began using segmentation to better target offers.

RESULTS:

Since the transition in late July, I Love Jewlery’s email revenue has doubled. Revenue is significantly ahead of both last year and the prior months.
