Jimmy Jazz was growing at over 10% year over year, and challenged SellUP to beat those numbers. A big part of the growth was coming from increased mailings which were driving down the open rate.

Solution:

Jimmy Jazz had been sending the same content and promos to every user without segmenting. SellUP segmented on behalf of Jimmy Jazz and began sending different promotions and content to users based on previous engagement, demographics…etc.

RESULTS:

Since the usage of segmentation, Jimmy Jazz’s open rate has increased by over 100% which led to more engagement and most importantly, a 44% lift in revenue, while not exhausting their list.
