Challenge:

Cookie’s Kids saw a large opportunity to maximize the impact of new subscribers through their Welcome Series. Between mailings in the series they found a decline in engagement, and overall performance.

Solution:

SellUP helped Cookie’s Kids track the performance of different sign up sources. We also were able to test different subject lines within the Welcome Series to increase opens, thereby increasing overall engagement and performance.

RESULTS:

We saw engagement and revenue increase by over 10% in the Welcome Series. The higher value of the signups enabled Cookie’s Kids to increase their payout, thereby gaining significantly more new prospects.
